Weatherizaton Installer Insulation
Heating and cooling account for a majority of your monthly energy bill. If your home isn't properly insulated, chances are much of that cold and warm air is escaping your home, and taking your money with it. Incentives are available for attic insulation.

Insulation levels are measured in "R-value," or the ability to resist heat flow. Simply put, the higher the R-value, the better your home is insulated. For instance, the Residential Solutions Program pays rebates for increasing attic insulation levels to R-30.
Window Replacement ENERGY STAR® Windows & Sliding Glass Doors
A typical El Paso home can save hundreds of dollars a year when replacing windows with ENERGY STAR® qualified windows. Efficient windows can also make your home more comfortable by stopping cold drafts and hot air from entering your home.
Solar Screens Solar Screens
Solar screens will help prevent the heat transfer through your windows, keeping your home cool and your energy bills low. By blocking at least 65% of the direct sunlight that enters your windows, solar screens will dramatically reduce the amount of energy it takes to cool your home and still allow plenty of sunlight in.
Solar Screens Evaporative Conversions
Incentives are now available for converting to high efficiency refrigerated air which will provide more control over your home’s temperature.
Air Conditioner Upgrades HVAC Upgrades
Replace your old refrigerated air conditioner with a more efficient unit to save on cooling costs. Your contractor can recommend a model that will offer maximum efficiency while ensuring comfort in your home.

The efficiency of air conditioning units is measured by the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER). Similar to R-value, the higher the SEER, the more efficient the unit.

High Performance HVAC Tune-Up
A premium service that optimizes the operating efficiency, prolongs the life of the unit and boosts energy savings. For a list of approved contractors please click here. Available only for homes cooled by refrigerated air.

Attic Ducts Duct Sealing
Ducts are used to distribute air throughout a home. About 20 to 30% of the air that moves through the duct system is lost due to leaks, holes and poorly connected ducts.

Properly sealing ducts can improve indoor air quality by preventing fumes, dust and pollutants from circulating through your home.

Air Infiltration
Heating and cooling account for a majority of your monthly energy bill. Reduce air leaks by sealing, caulking and weatherstripping your home to create a healthier environment. Available only for homes cooled by refrigerated air.
